The prasad box was well packed with all items mentioned on the website. The Sindoor and Havan Ash packaging could be slightly improved — one of the small packets was slightly open when it arrived. Overall the spiritual experience and the intention behind the havan was genuine and heartfelt. My father says he feels lighter. Would give 4.5 stars if the delivery packaging improves a little."
